Yes you can do that, after installing Source Control Provider.

 

To download the provider :

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=87E1FFBD-A484-4
C3A-8776-D560AB1E6198&displaylang=en

 

and from Tools menu in the VS 2003  - > options -> Change the source
control and select TFS as your Source control provider.
