Another TFS user question: when I export WIs to project, the estimate
value is not carried over. Is there a known solution for this?

Ta,

Justin

Subject: [OzTFS] Specifying Field Length on Custom WIs
[SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
Importance: High

G'day All,

I'm working with a slightly customised Requirement Work Item. I'm
hitting a restriction on the length of the text I can enter in a couple
of the fields (Impact Assessment under the Analysis Tab, plus a custom
tab I've created as a direct copy of the Details Tab, just renamed).

So how do you specify the max length of a field in a WI. As far as I
can tell from the WI definition (XML) there is no restriction on either
of the fields that are causing me the issue when I go to save the WI.

A quick scan with Google is not helping me. I'm sure some-one on this
list can give me a quick answer on this.

Cheers,

Justin
