My understanding is that you only get one of the editions. So you can have all Dev, or all Architect, etc. You get additional VSTS licences for the Custom App Dev competency and the ISV competency. I am not sure if these must all be the same as the original set for the base Gold Partnership. It would be worth finding out. Peter Diggins

I had our marketing guy's ask follow up with Microsoft, I rang the partner hotline and I spoke to our Microsoft representative and none could give me a specific answer except they were all pretty sure that the Gold partnership did not include the Architect or Suite versions. There are different levels of MSDN subscriptions, however, but how these are attained I am not sure. It may have something to do with your partnership level or just that companies spend the extra to buy them. Either way, if you want a single copy, then you need to see your software vendour and ask for partner pricing and see what they come up with. I can tell you that a full version of Team Suite will run approx. $14K. On the other hand, if you want modelling capabilty try Sparx Enterprise Architect with Visual Studio integration.
