Discovered I was targeting the .dll instead of the .webtest files.. Does anybody know if TFS Build supports Web Tests, and If so how to get it to work, our build doesn't seem to detect the web tests. In the build I have tried using both a test list containing the web tests and also by trying to automatically detect the test assembly.
