I would like to create a TFS Server Level group that is able to do only two things.
1. Create new tfs projects 2. Add people in as Project Admins. (Add people to the Project level Project Admin Groups) Was just wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to do that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
