good morning-- Several years ago I stumbled on two books that my sixth and seventh grade struggling readers really enjoyed. Who stole the Wizard of OZ--the story of a brother and sister team accused of stealing a first edition of the novel--and Peppermints in the Parlor--a period piece about an old house. we had great fun with these two--reading level is probably 4th or 5th grade, but they are wonderful stories.
