Hi! About what Google Docs is, or about how to use it? Briefly, for those who may not have heard of it, Google Docs is a way to store a document online and make it available to a specified group of people to modify and edit. So, for example, today I posted a Google Doc with a preliminary agenda for a conference call I'm having in a week or so, and made it available to the other people who are participating in the call. Already, someone has been in, posted an additional item for the agenda, and begun a discussion of one of my items which will probably enable us to solve that specific issue before the call even takes place. Have I explained this effectively? If anyone is interested in trying out Google Docs, please email me *privately* and I will set you up with a document to practice on.
