Hi Everyone,

I work at a private Pre-K thru 8th Grade school. I've taken on creating an
elementary-based school mediation program and, although I have some
innovative ideas around coaching young kids on the needs behind negative
behaviors, I don't want to reinvent the wheel.

I thought we could all benefit from sharing some ideas around how our school
deals with conflict. What have you done that produces long-term results?

After talking to another school counselor, she said she painted 2 sets of
footprints facing each other on the school playground so that they deal with
any conflict right there and then, while a mediator helps. What a grrreat
idea!

Thank you for your contribution!

Positively,

Jessie
