Hi All- Good idea for a survey, Bill! I checked both, and check Through the Tween Years as a professional book,but I have to tell you, the Nancie Atwell book is fantastic--I wrote a review on Amazon and I encourage everyone to read it. That side, I'm a lit coach now and would like some background on the younger grades so I'm looking to the other book, too. Mary
