Have you ever heard of thinkgate? Dalton public schools has just purchased it. It's an assessment based on the ga standards, a pre and post test administered with each new unit.
The system is really quite nice. You can google thinkgate educational system or tool and get to it. Look at the testimony by Gainesville, ga school system. I'm anxious to use it, but we first have to design the tests.
