Alice Cortigiano Agreed. I know since I incorporated real reading time into my curriculum, thanks to Nanci Atwell's reading workshop strategies I have seen kids reading more in and out of school. And talk....the love to booktalk! I am interested to seeing growth in reading scores and hope you will share your ideas. Am I right that this is not just growth measurement but meeting and exceeding standards?
