Your local high school may have a debate team; members of the team and/or
the coach could be resources.

You may also write me, on- or off-list for ideas - I used to assistant
coach our debate team for a few years, once took some kids to Nova Scotia
for a French language debate, and of course just did a debate unit in my
seventh grade Humanities class.
