I've used readwritethink.org many times and the lessons are fabulous!

I also like webenglishteacher (maybe it's just englishteacher) .com?  .org?
I can't remember, but it has links to zillions of lesson plans with novels.
I did a search for Midsummer Night's Dream lesson plans and went from
there.  It's awesome!
