Hi!

Thanks!

So as I understand it, tiering is a form of differentiation by learning
style, readiness, or interest. It includes a pre-assessment, and is geared
to different levels of difficulty. The teacher matches students to the
appropriate assignment, or student choice may be allowed. Post-activity
assessment may be carried out through rubrics, tests, checklists, contracts,
self-evaluation, peer evaluation, or conferences. Have I got it about right?

Take care,
