Hi Judith,
LiTE is not picky and tries to take the default format of your layer.
It will take this, if alpha is supported. For instance, if my directfb
layer was ARGB4444, Lite would make its windows ARGB4444 too.
If the layer does not support alpha, then directfb will use argb as
fallback and provide windows with this format to LiTE.
