Now that I've collected a bunch of my own rules, I'm wondering why some of them are there. I realize that I could delete a puzzling rule and wait for Little Snitch warnings to reappear.

I think that it would be handy to borrow the disable feature from QuicKeys X2: each shortcut is preceded by a check box that controls whether the shortcut is enabled. This lets me temporarily disable a shortcut without losing it completely. Of course, all new shortcuts are enabled by default.
