Mo,
I *think* that message came from an anti-spam service the person or their ISP
subscribes to.
My ISP uses SpamAssassin which does not contact the end user, the ISP or the
sender if it deems the mail as spam. It simply causes the mail to fall into a
dark hole. Since I've had no complaints form folks that they cannot contact me,
I assume SpamAssassin has pretty good algorithms.
