I think the numbering should be enough. I'm thinking of remaking the old
all-frameworks installer as a GDAL complete or similar name (FreeType
would remain a single installer). But I don't think I'll be able to do
that in time for this live DVD.
Note that your /Volumes/*/*.mpkg usage is potentially dangerous as it will
run the installers on (the top level) any mounted disks.
