it is not in the main EPSG file but is in the /usr/share/proj/other.extra file. # NAD83 / NRCan LCC Canada <42304> +proj=lcc +lat_1=49 +lat_2=77 +lat_0=49 +lon_0=-95 +x_0=0 +y_0=0 +ellps=GRS80 +datum=NAD83 +units=m +no_defs no_defs <> and WKT can be found in /usr/share/gdal16/cubewerx_extra.wkt maybe you can use the above +proj terms instead of the EPSG code?
