I'm not sure who it is that is going to be handling geo data that has
severely limited bandwidth
there may be counter-examples, but in general, the VM technology is
only getting stronger
a Virtual Machine is a really easy way to try and evaluate
I would think people on the edges of adoption would place a high value
on pre-configured and interoperlable
