<table>...</table>.
As you suggest, the <table> tags should be commented out.
Also, I think we have to add three <td>...</td> inside each <tr>...</tr>, but
some (for example, mine) are adding four because the previous version of the template had actually four.
Correct, there should only be 3 <td> tags now. (I removed the last one
after suggestion from Jody).
At the moment, the creation of a licence table is commented out in
install_main_docs.sh
You can uncomment these lines now if you like and test that it works.
