I was attempting to write up the OpenLayers quickstart, and found that
I couldn't find a good mapfile that seemed like it would work. The primary
mapserver demo (the itasca demo) only serves in EPSG:26915, not 4326.
Am I missing something obvious?
I'm pretty sure most of the GeoServer examples are all EPSG:4326.
You will need to get your start icon, or the user, to start GeoServer
before the WMS is active.
