On OSGeo-Live 4.0, which you click on the mapserver icon, it tries to
open the old mapserver_description.html file, which doesn't exist any more.
I've updated the install_mapserver.sh script so that it should open the
demo at http://localhost/mapserver_demos/itasca/ instead, but in my
quick test rerun of the script, it didn't seem to have get picked up
(possibly due to a legacy from the previous install).

In 4.0.1, can you please manually change the properties of the icon to
point at http://localhost/mapserver_demos/itasca/
