because it got moved out of the spatial tools category and into the
(virtual) DB_APPS category. (I guess code comments saying that category
was automatic/for future use were not clear enough)
i.e. DB apps only show up in the geospatial menu right now, there is no
desktop folder for that.
we can either:
* move it back into spatial tools, or
* make a new desktop folder called "Databases" containing MySQL Admin,
pgAdminIII, SQLiteBrowser, and SpatiaLite GUI.
