i understand that the dvd has some place reserved for win/mac installers.
what is the osgeo-live repository? why should we upload openjump there?

only in packaging as exe files can point out missing jre. what osx does 
natively. the executable jar installer alone will work fine as soon as java is 
installed.

i am talking about openjump here. do you still want me to add both to the 
scripts? what's the deadline on those modifications?
