Seems to be an IPv6 error, but I can get the file in Firefox on the same
machine... weird...
Perhaps it has to do with wget and IPv6
I guess that wget is using IPv6, and Firefox isn't, and that the
host's webserver treats is listening differently on IPv6. Can you
connect to it from Firefox via the IPv6 address - apparently this is
how you do it:

but I don't have a box with IPv6 to test.

Actually it is the exact opposite, wget does not get the file and
firefox does.
I think that either wget has to be set to IPv6 by default
(http://www.rfc1149.net/blog/2007/10/31/using-ipv6-by-default-with-wget/)
or I should change DNS to the machines(???)
