1) there is a mismatch in the huge, complicated library name for their
deegree webservices library between the install script, and the start and
stop scripts that are downloaded...
2) the lib directory gets set to owner root:root and perms of 700
third smaller problem is that the start and stop scripts are in /usr/bin
instead of the preferred /usr/local/bin
third is not a problem, just a style guideline
also use /usr/local/lib instead of /usr/lib
