Hi Cameron, Milena, Hamish,

due to email overload I don't want to subscribe to the OSGeo live list
but I would like to indicate a kind of showstopper on the sleeve:

"3. Select and trial applications"

--> trial sounds absolutely terrible in European English, especially
for non-native speakers. We came across this at the FOSSGIS 2012
where a high number of DVDs was distributed. Quite a few people
commented on the "trial" term which suggests (to us):
- crippleware
- free as in free beer
- try and buy

Please change this to "enjoy" or "experience" or whatever...

Thanks
Markus

Thanks Markus, that is a good suggestion.
I've created a ticket for this:
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/878

I suggest we use the words:

"3. Select and run applications"
