PostGIS and Natural Earth Data Users-
in svn trunk now are changes to install_postgis.sh and
load_gisdata.sh implementing both PostGIS 2.0, and including a new data
tar ball from download.osgeo.org of NaturalEarth 2 shp files. The
NaturalEarth 2 shp layers match the previous set on the Live,
but there are small changes in some names, for the better (see
release notes)
also, there are some reference tables in NaturalEarth 2, not
large, which might be interesting to include later

PostGIS 2.0
via package from UBUNTUGIS-UNSTABLE repository is now installed. It
is very likely going to be the shipping version of PostGIS in the next
release, as discussed.
there will be a new alpha build including these changes, to be scheduled...
