#1400: QGIS settings point to wrong 52nSOS postgis db name

Hi,
the pre-seeded postgis database connection for qgis is wrong, it expects
"52nSOS" but "52nsos" exists in Postgres.
Should we change the QGIS expectation or the 52nSOS db name in the install
scripts?
