* install_mapserver.sh uses
http://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/mapserver/mapserver-itasca-ms60.zip
* a new itasca zip for mb70 is needed
* in itasca.map you have to replace TYPE ANNOTATION (not supported
anymore) with TYPE POINT
