Hi Cameron,

I have been involved in FOSS4G 2016 workshop committee and we are planning to have OSGeo-Live 10.0 installed on all workshop computers this year, so this beta release is a good way to get feedback from workshop leaders and attract them to test their software early.

So, I added some text in the press release to reflect the above information. Package version changes have been fully documented in the package spreadsheet, and I plan to copy them to the press release within the next hours.
