I have tried to fix the Cartaro issue by replacing all the MapQuest urls
in the javascript files.
Unfortunately, the urls are also stored in the database and my fix did not
work.
Upstream maintainers confirmed the issue in a private e-mail, stating that
this issue will be fixed with a new Cartaro release sometime soon.
Unfortunately there is no time to fix for this release.
