There is no test program about aac latm streaming in the library. I
believe I will have to create some classes before writing the test
program. Is that right?
Yes, you;ll need to write a class that delivers discrete
LATM-formatted AAC frames (one at a time, with proper presentation
times), and then feed this into a "MPEG4LATMAudioRTPSink".
