Does Live555 currently support the ability to convert an MP3 file to an MPEG2TS file?
Yes it does - using the "MPEG2TransportStreamFromESSource" class. See the "wis-streamer" code <http://www.live555.com/wis-streamer/> for a example of the use of this class to construct a Transport Stream from Elementary Stream data.
