And also I found if I change the transport protocol to "tcp" with -t option of openRTSP , its performance was worse than "udp". It is really strange. TCP should perform much better than udp ,but the result was on the other hand .
OK, this tells me that you're seeing severe network congestion and packet loss, which tells me that your network simply does not have the capacity for the stream(s) that you are trying to send.
There is nothing that can be done to overcome this (other than getting a higher-capacity network).
