The above executable "MPEG2TransportStreamIndexer" gives me an error and exits when I run it with input TS file of size say 5MB.
Please put an example Transport Stream file (that fails for you) on a publically-accessible web (or FTP) server, and post the URL (not the file itself) to this mailing list, so I can download it and test it.
