I suggest that you use "H264VideoStreamDiscreteFramer", but modify
your input source object so that it
1/ Delivers one NAL unit at a time (and no more), and
2/ Does *not* include the 00000001 start code at the beginning of
each NAL unit. (This is important; "H264VideoStreamDiscreteFramer"
will not work correctly if this start code is included.)
