Unfortunately not, because to work, these files (".mov" or ".mp4" format) need
a structure (a 'moov atom') whose contents aren't known until the entire file
has finished being recorded. Therefore, "openRTSP" (actually, the
"QuickTimeFileSink" object) needs to end cleanly, in order for this structure
to be written to the file properly.
(Note that - as an alternative to signaling "openRTSP" to end recording - you
can also give "openRTSP" the "-d <duration>" option.)
