Thanks, just added preliminary opus support to our open-source
DirectShow RTSP source filter
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/videoprocessing/) which uses live555.


FYI streaming works fine (i.e. audio plays correctly) with
testOnDemandRTSPServer and the test file you provided.
