Yes Ross you are right my client uses an old version of VLC server in an arm architecture I'll try to update it but I do not know if it is supported.

I suspect that Saverio’s problem is that he’s using an old version of VLC that doesn’t treat the periodic “OPTIONS” packets from the proxy server as indicating ‘liveness’. If he upgrades his version of VLC, that should solve his problem.
