I have no idea whether or not the "Milestone ONVIF Bridge” was built using the
LIVE555 libraries. But if it’s a RTSP server, then you should be able to
access it using a standard RTSP client like VLC, or “openRTSP”
<http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/>. I presume you’ve already tried this.

What does “expects RTSP packets” mean? There’s no such thing as a “RTSP
packet”. RTSP is a *protocol*. And why are you trying to connect two
*servers*?

But because the "Mutualink Edge Server” is (I presume) something that your
company manufactures, then you (I presume) should know what it does, how it
works, whether it can receive data (as well as stream it to separate clients,
which is what the word “server” implies), and - if so - what kind of data it
expects. Nobody on this mailing list can be expected to know this.

So, IMHO, you should be asking for help within your own organization before
asking on this mailing list.
