California voters approve Prop. 1A and reject Prop. 4
With 95% of the ballots counted, voters have approved Proposition 1A,
which allows the sale of bonds to establish high-speed train service in
the state. Voters have rejected Proposition 4, which would have
required a waiting period and parental notification before a minor
could terminate a pregnancy.
