Los Angeles Times | Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 | 9:31 p.m. PT --- Former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez's teenage son arrested for murder of a San Diego college student Esteban Nunez, the 19-year-old son of Fabian Nunez, was arrested in Sacramento tonight in connection with the stabbing death of a 22-year college student in San Diego, police said. San Diego Homicide Capt. Jim Collins said Nunez was arrested along with three other men, all 19. They were taken back to San Diego and jailed. Each faces one count of murder and three counts of assault. Collins said Luis Santos, 22, was stabbed to death at a party near San Diego State University on Oct. 4, when he got into a brawl at a party.
