One person is dead and 10 are in hospital after a fire broke out early Thursday at a seniors home in the Chicoutimi, Que., area. About 70 people were evacuated from the building at about 6 a.m. Temperatures at the time felt like –36 with the wind chill. Two people are still missing and the extent of injuries of the hospitalized residents are unknown, officials said. About 40 firefighters were on scene mid-morning Thursday battling the fire, which was still out of control.
