A Black Hawk helicopter crash on the campus of Texas A&M has claimed a second life. Sgt. Charles C. Mitts, 42, of Spring, Texas, died Wednesday night at Memorial Hermann Hospital, hospital spokeswoman Ann Brimberry said.
