I just happened to check the Redoubt Hut web cam and was studying a bright dot in a crappy picture that should be where the crater was when all of a sudden the screen changed dramatically. The dot got very bight and jumped in size. I believe the controllers of the remote cam zoomed in to get a better view of what I noticed.
I pulled up WunderRadar on Weather Underground for Anchorage and while studying a frame sequence a white dot toggled red for the last two frames. Could that be a signature of material thrown into the sky?
