Los Angeles Times | February 5, 2009 | 10:11 a.m. PT --- Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg undergoes pancreatic cancer surgery The court said the 75-year-old Ginsburg had the surgery today at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She will remain in the hospital for seven to 10 days. Ginsburg, a justice since 1993, had colon cancer earlier in her tenure.
