Water main break floods Ventura Boulevard A water main has burst in Studio City and people have evacuated as thousands of gallons of water flood a stretch of Ventura Boulevard. Water was several feet deep in some places and has damaged homes and businesses. A shelter had been set up at an elementary school for displaced residents.
