Los Angeles officials said today they cannot estimate when Coldwater Canyon Avenue, a key route between the Westside and the San Fernando Valley, will reopen. The road has been closed since Saturday night when a large water main broke, causing a sinkhole to form. Officials are investigating the cause of a main break there this morning, which they said was unrelated to the one on Coldwater Canyon.
